All Sales Are Final – Hygiene & Safety:
Due to the personal-care and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once an item has been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect customer safety and product integrity.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged, defective, or leaking
• The incorrect product was shipped
• The order was lost or damaged in transit
To be eligible:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
• Clear photos of the issue and packaging must be provided
Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on sale or promotion
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Dissatisfaction due to individual skin reactions or results Results may vary depending on skin type, shaving habits, and usage.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment.
Processing Time:
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
